The placing of an order indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery
We will endeavoaur to despatch your order within 7 days (stock permitting).
All deliveries are sent by recorded delivery. If ordering for Christmas please allow up to 21 days for delivery in the UK and for packages sent abroad add 21 days to the last postage date indicated by the Post Office.

Stock Availability
Items displayed may not automatically be in stock. Should an item you have ordered be unavailable we will despatch the nearest possible alternative in the hope that this will meet with your demand. If you do not want an alternative please indicate this.
If items are temporarily out of stock at the time of despatch it will be placed on back order and forwarded as soon as possible. If an item is wanted for a specific date please ensure that you notify us of this in the 'Information' box where you enter your details.

Nottingham Forest reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, designs or prices of products as a condition of supply.

Reproduction
The product colour illustrations on the website and in the catalogue are as accurate as their respective processes allow and do not necessarily represent an accurate colour match. Photographs of goods are not necessarily in proportion to each other.

Exchanges and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition along with your receipt/delivery note for an exchange or refund.

Goods must be returned recorded delivery. Postage charges incurred in doing this are the responsibility of the customer.

Replica shirts with personalisation, underwear, books, videos and jewellery may only be returned if faulty.

Discount
All current Season Ticket Holders are entitled to a 10% discount, by producing their booklet in store or by quoting their patron code on the order form. Discounts are deducted before postage and packaging is added. Discounts are not allowed on purchase of tickets, books, DVD’s, videos, shirt lettering, match-day programmes or gift vouchers..
